Looking for an advice on theme selection

    Hi,
    I like the layout with a sidebar and simple menues of Twenty Eleven theme. However its customization options seem to me are limited. I am not well versed in php coding and would like to pick a similar theme with more customization options available directly from the dashboard, particularly with an option to customize the header’s content and the content within html <head> without manual php editing.
    I would appreciate any advice.
