Looking for a wordpress specialist

Hello All

Not sure this is the correct place to put this but I am in need of a wordpress specialist. I have a high traffic site that needs some work to it, in particular the database.

I have had a problem with tables locking, I’m looking for someone (willing to pay of course) that could help take a look at the database for me and help stabalise things.
