yes please!

In WordPress admin panel, go to Appearance -> Menus and select from bottom left the category you want and click Add to Menu.

& If you want to use PAGE to list all posts of category.
i.e. PAGE OF POSTS create a page & use template for that page.

Create new file in your theme’s folder (you should use a child theme), copy and paste the content of the example ‘A Page of Posts’ and then create a new page and assign ‘Page Of Posts’ template to it (from the menu on the right)
