Looking for a Way to Generate Combinations from Two Lists

Hello! I am looking for a way, be it code or a plugin, to put two lists into my website and it gives you a combination of one item from each list. I’ve been searching through plugins, but everything I’m finding seems to be woocommerce related and that’s not what I’m looking for. Rather than continuing to drive myself crazy, I thought I’d ask for help.

Basically list A is Cat, Dog, Mouse. List B is Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra. Hit a button and it spits out Mouse Giraffe. Except the actual lists are much MUCH longer. They’re not products or anything, just words.

I would also settle for “Hit Button, Get Random Item from List” because I could do the type out the combinations manually if I really had to.

I hope this makes sense. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.
