    Hello there, I am looking for a theme that has a frontpage like say, www.remarpro.com, so with a static customizable frontpage. Then, several pages like ‘about’, ‘contact’, combined with one ‘blogpage’, where all posts go, sorted by category, similar to the www.remarpro.com blog! Does anyone know such a theme?

    To sum up: theme with a customizable homepage, other parentpages for about etc, and one blogpage where all posts go, latest first.

    it is not theme related. WordPress does all of that from within

    static front page
    admin – settings – reading

    Blog page – admin – settings – reading

    you create the pages yourself in wordpress

    Apologies for the many questions about this subject. I have come to the bitter conclusion, that the problem is most likely my theme. It just works very different than the way everyone here describes making it work. I have decided to work from scratch (which won’t be easy for me, because I have no experience whatsoever) and see what I get.

    Could you help me with one last request, before I start running into real problems. What standard theme will be best suited, do you think, to make a skeleton, that will do what I would like? A simple customizable home, combined with some loose pages, like ‘about’, ‘contact’ etcetera, and a blogpage where I can put all posts (in different categories)? Is it Kubricks theme? Or is there a better one?

    Thank you for replying, and your advice!
