Looking for a theme that supports a fixed banner image on top

It’s been suggested that I upgrade my obsolete theme at my personal blog. Some people were suggesting Twenty TwentyOne, but I was really surprised when I tried it that there didn’t seem to be a place to put my site banner image! I know that Twenty Ten did. When did that stop getting supported?

Any nice looking alternative, free themes that are not obsolete but which at least support a site banner to recommend?
