Looking for a theme compatible with IE8

I’m working with an intranet built on a highly customized version of the Baseline 34 theme and need to find a new theme. The sticking point is that the majority of our associates are still using IE8 as some of our systems only run on it. So I’m looking for a good theme that will run well on IE8, Chrome and Safari basically and it would be fantastic if a page builder capability was included or available via a plugin as I’m not very well versed in PHP. Any help is greatly appreciated!
