Looking for a Specific Theme

I’m looking for a theme that will serve as a good start for what I want to do.

– It’s more of an app than a website. The premise is for registered clients to view webinars, courses, and certify their completion to acquire credits.

– Webinars and courses are provided by companies, and uploaded by them.

– Both clients and companies to have their own dashboard with overview of views, usage and other stats.

Any suggestions on a theme or what I might use as a search term would helps.
