Looking for a specific newsletter plugin (send book after subscription)

Hello,

we are looking for a WordPress Email Subscription Plugin that meets all of the following requirements:

1. Double Opt-In (the site visitor must confirm that the e-mail address belongs to him by confirming his email address via link). Then we may send monthly newsletters to him.

2. The newsletter subscriber receives as a “thank you” for its newsletter registration an eBook, after confirmation of the newsletter registration.

3. Opt-Out (with each newsletter, the recipient must be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletter) This administration must work reliably.
