looking for a special employee task manager plugin

I’m trying to see if a plugin exists that will do the following for a friend’s lawn business:

1. Present a calendar for multiple user that displays a daily to do list to be accomplished

2. Allows each user to click on each task as it is completed, sending a confirmation both to the customer and the owner of the company

3. Has other features (preferable), like link to map location of a job site included in the tasks.
