Looking for a simple subscribe-to-category plugin

Hi guys!

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to subscribe users to a specific category by entering their e-mail address on my site. I want it to be category specific and not send the entire site, and I want it to send the post itself, not a link back to the post.

I’m a Realtor and I want people to sign up for free foreclosure lists, which I’d create through a post and then e-mail them automatically.

Should be pretty simple but I don’t see anything like that online … Grrr!
