Looking for a simple "one post" style theme based on blog comments (example)

Hi all,

I am looking to build a very basic one page wordpress site, the goal is basically blog comments so it only needs one post. I am wondering if anyone knows of a pre-built theme thats geared this way or if I would just have best luck modifying the twenty-eleven theme.
