Looking for a resumes database with login and admin page

Hi there,

I am looking for a template with needed plugins for a website where people can submit their resume via the website and where the admin should be able to log in to a back end page where he can see these job applications and with different sorting abilities.

So a simple site where people can submit their resume and where the admin could see these resumes and sort them professionally.
