Looking for a reservation plugin not working like any other

Hi, I’m working in the education field, and I need a way to receive reservations for 100+ scientific content over “periods” (5 periods a school year).
I’ve tried several plugins and installed many on my servertest laptop but I don’t feel like I can make any work in this way that wouldn’t require heavy work first for adding content, and also having a readable reservation page.
We had previously in our region rector servers a custom website that has been 2 years ago stricken for data safety reasons, so we had to switch to another system.
We are currently using a more unsafe way (because we have like no choice lol) using google sheet. (one sheet showing availability and we have another document where we write manually reservations that updates availability automatically – yeah people have to call us to make reservations now)

So my question is : do you any plugin/way to have a (free) reservation page/website using any plugin/other? with 5 periods (could be simulated as days like I’ve tried to hack a few plugins) and ~ 60 + 30 + 20 content available (for borrowing free) (so 5 times ~ 110), with people needing to enter their school name, personal name, phone number and email adress so we can contact them (elsewise many won’t be brought back in time). (we also have books but we removed them from the current system because it would be too much work)
