Looking for a recorder, will this do it

I have read the documentation under the developer. I am looking for a simple voice recorder. Most voice comments are limited to 1 minute. This needs to be up to 15 minutes at a time, thus it seemed like a pod-cast plugin would do the trick.

Just I need to incorporate it into a present plugin that I wrote. Have a simple button that says “record” and it needs to be on the front end and stop recording on the back. The users need to be able to listen to what they recorded.

I do not need pod-cast services as the recordings would be hosted on my site. Ideally, having a shortcode that I can blend into the custom plugin would work.

Can this do the job?
