Looking for a Quibblo style plugin

Hi all,

I am looking for a Quibblo style plugin, similar to the Personality Quiz style. My actual requirements are as follows:

1 Multiple questions
2 Depending on result you get a ranking (name of rank and related rank image).
3 Links for users taking the quiz to share their results on Facebook, Twitter and G+
4 Easy for non-technical users to add a new quiz, set questions and related rank names and images.

I looked a bit around and the quizzes and polls plugins I found so far are either too formal (exam style features) or lack some important function.

This is intended to be a short fun quiz residing in a widget in the sidebar.
