Looking for a Profile/Page Template/Builder

I am trying to setup a multisite store front setup. I have it set so that only certain user roles can create new sites. What I am looking for is a plugin that would act like an advanced profile/template so that each of the site owners could put in their information to the right fields (description, location, awards, blah blah) and it would show up in the templated store front. Does anyone know of something like this?
