Looking for a poll plugin.

I’m looking into the possibility of changing our current poll plugin with another. I need some very specific capabilities that WP-Polls (what we are using currently) doesn’t offer.

My idea is to use this to replace our paper ballots (for board of directors) for our Org.

Currently, each member is mailed a ballot and given a specific time limit to get it returned to the Elections Chair. Each ballot has a randomly generated number on it to prevent duplication.

I’d like to use a similar format to move the elections to electronic media using our WordPress site.

I’d like to keep the numbering system and use them with the poll. Each member will enter their number, make their choices, and fill in a capcha to vote. The votes will then be tallied up by the plugin.

I haven’t found one that will accomplish this. We can mandate that in order to vote, you have to be logged in, and limit them to one vote each with what we have, but being able to log into the site does not guarantee an active membership (we have a paid, yearly membership and only current paid members can vote).

Does anybody have any ideas of a poll plugin that can accomplish this?
