Looking for a pluging for Virtual Learning Center

Hello,
I want to make a website that targets training people with online classes and lessons. It is a simple website with only one thing. Having a virtual learning center where I can interact with students through videos, voice notes, or black boards.

Can any one please suggest how to make this happen? through a plugin? or even without a plugin just give me something to start with.
