Looking for a plugin with Drag'N Drop to a list for site Users

Hi,
I’m looking for a plugin that could do this:

– Let’s say we have a page: on the left, there’s an empty list of X blocks; on the right there are blocks containing items (items are previously created by admin)
– Site Users can drag and drop item blocks from the right to create some kind of items list on the left.
– Once items list is done, users can save their list on the site database and load it later.

Anyone knows a plugin that can do it please?
