Looking for a plugin that does this…… (photos/comments)

Allows other internet users to post photos and a small caption or comment along with it and then allows other users to then comment on this photo. Users will NOT need to be logged in, but can simply post these photos and comments, only providing an alias name so it says who posted the comment.

***The main thing it needs to be capable of doing is allowing other people to post photos to my blog with a small caption.***
