Looking for a plugin that can change text color of post as audio reading plays.

Hello all. I’m wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or other solution that is capable of changing the color of words in a text post as an audio reading of the text plays. In other words, the text basically lights-up as a brighter color, or some other effect, as the word or phrase is heard from an audio file playing.

Any suggestions how to accomplish this? I have seen it on sites before, but it may have been flash playing or some other technology. Just wondering if this can be done.
