Looking for a plugin for managing contractors details and expiry dates

  • I’m looking for a plugin that I can create a form for users to submit information about their trade licences and expiry dates. Each contractor can have multiple licences with different expiry dates.

    I need to be able to see in table form when certain licences expire so I can follow up and get copies of the renewed licence.

    They also need to be able to upload the documents via the website. I’m not sure what this kind of plugin would be called so if anyone has any suggestions of something easily customisable with the above features that would be great.
