Looking for a Plugin.. Enquiry Form??

  • Hi guys,

    I have got 100+ webpages with a different product on each one of them. I am looking for a contact form/enquiry form which automatically be on them all (possibly like a pop out tab at the side saying ‘Enquire here’ so that when they click it, it brings out an enquiry form for them to enquire.

    Would be even better if the one standard form actually recognised each individual webpage.. I.e. “You are enquiring about ‘Insert webpage name here’…”

    Does anyone know of anything? After that I’m also looking for a nice contact form to be on my actual contact page, one that I can create a really sleek Apple inspired design with.

    Also not sure where is best to post this kind of thread on the forum? As theres a few other plugins im looking for. I see the actual plugin section of the forum is more for when you actually have a query about a specific Plugin but this is more just asking if there is anything out there that does what I want!

  • Many of the contact form plugins will let you add a “hidden” field that sends you either the page URL or the page title. It doesn’t require the user to input anything, it just grabs the info off of your page wherever the user is filling out the form.

    I’m pretty sure Gravity Forms(paid) and Ninja Forms(free) have this ability, but there may be others as well.

    You can then add the form to a common area of your theme (sidebar widget, footer, etc.) and it will be available on all pages of your site. Of course you could add some logic to the placement of the form so it only shows up on the product pages and not on other pages like your home page if you didn’t want it to.

    As for the pop out tab/styling, you would have to handle that through your theme’s files, but each of the forms listed above can be styled however you’d like.

    Thank you Scott DeLuzio that is really helpful & I will have a look at those plugins and the logic you said about.

    Sagarsheral – the 200+ product webpages aren’t through WooCommerce or a ‘product builder’ they are just webpages!
