Looking for a plug-in for multiple user types on same site

I’m trying to find a plug-in that can allow for two or more different types of users to register and fill out a set of criteria, that are then automatically matched between the different user types. So if one user type selects option A, C, E, and F, and a different user types selects options E and F only, they would then be matched on those two criteria. The admin would then be notified of the match. Is this type of thing available?
