Ads plugin

Hello,

I don’t know if I’m in the right forum but I’m going to ask my question ??

I have a question regarding a possible existing plug-in that would be available. It would be something like Advanced ads (which I’m already using) – but with the possibility of adding more information in a frame.
To make it clear, I’m looking for a plug-in that would display an “ad” like that:

Basically, in your plug-in you set up 4 or 5 fields: a picture in background, two 3 or 4 captions above this picture to give information. It’s basically like a e-commerce galery, but without the system and the loop.
I know I can’t find the exact plug-in I’m looking for but maybe you know something that is close? I’m willing to develop & code as well a personal plug-in for my website but maybe if there is a basis available…
