looking for a plug in

I used to have this on my blog posts, but I can’t remember what plug in it is. Before posting a blog, you can add keywords, and it also creates metadata that other search engines can index.

I am just trying to get my blogs to go a little further into cyberspace.

Is this part of a blog plugin or is it a separate plugin?
