looking for a particular theme/template

i realize in advance that the following is an extremely vague question. i apologize for this but hope that someone might be able to help.

a while back i was casually browsing for themes but not paying much attention and i stumbled across one in particular that seemed like it was streamlined for more of a business-type blog. the setup options for it were pretty incredible, with many options pages. it was very clean, 3-column (if my memory serves me correctly), and the site to download it from had a yellowish header on a white page with several screenshots of the dashboard.

i’m pretty sure i saw this before 2.3 went public, but not too long before that. i can’t remember for the life of me how i found it or what my search terms were but i wonder if this rings a bell that someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
