Looking for a particular plugin

    I hope this is an ok place to ask. Apologies if not!

    I have a friend that’s taking up a treasurer position for her club and is looking for a way to track who’s paid their membership fees and have a way that her team members can log in and view their account standing. Does anyone know of a plugin that does something like this please, paid or free?

    The plugin doesn’t need to be to complex, and doesn’t need to be able to accept payments. I’m guessing a login account for all of her team members that would direct to either a spreadsheet or spreadsheet style page that they could view but not edit. I don’t know what fields would be needed but I’m guessing a table of payments made and dates etc. with maybe a flag to show if they still owe a month or two. I’m also guessing that one person would update one database table with new transactions which is automatically updated in the relevant team members accounts, rather than managing dozens of tables/files for all of the members.

    I’ve tried searching the plugin directory but I’m not really sure what it is I need to be searching for. The last resort would be to have a password protected Excel file on the website that they can download, either one for each member or all members in the one sheet but I think they want something a little more flashier in WordPress and preferably one that restricts the team members looking at other team members accounts.

    I’ve found an external site that covers what’s needed but it’s not a WordPress plugin. I’m not going to supply the link to the site as this isn’t a plug for that site but this is nicked from their page. The ones in bold is what I imagine would be needed in the WordPress plugin if one exists.

    A “Payment Tracking” page helps you…
    Collect payments right from the site
    Display fee descriptions and amounts for your players (you can adjust what each player owes independently)
    Record notes such as check numbers, payments methods, due dates
    Show who has paid, and who hasn’t paid (visible to team members or not, your choice)
    Provide subtle peer pressure, encouraging players to pay their share
