Looking for a Non-Responsive Theme

I’d like to start by saying, yes, I understand the benefits and advantages of having a mobile responsive website. However, it doesn’t fit the needs of the website I want. Please don’t give me a speech about why I’m wrong, I’m just looking for a way to do my website the way I intend to.

My website’s design is laid out in a way that’s easy to navigate on any device. But it is a little on the graphics heavy side, and all of the graphics are precisely and meticulous placed, and need to remain statically in their place to serve the purpose I need them to in order to best fit the website I want.

That being said, can anyone direct me to a free theme with an option in the dashboard to turn off the automatic-responsiveness? Heck, I’d even take an older* theme if it’s super simplified and easy to rearrange and re purpose

*Older meaning like, from 6 years ago. I noticed themes grandfathered in from then aren’t automatically responsive.

I really wanted to get this site finished this week and as close to my original plan as possible.
