Looking for a new start

I owned a sign shop for many years and created a site on wordpress for that business. I closed my shop 3 years ago and the site has been just been sitting there. The site still gets hits on a regular basis, I think because of the catchy name, catch your eye . I have been working in the Hot Rod industry since I closed the sign shop and I now want to use the domain to advertise car shows and such. I want to create a site that will allow others to register and post there own upcoming shows and also have the ability to post photos from past shows. Are there themes or plugins that would make this easier? Thank you for any help.
