Looking for a mini-cart with item counter

    I am starting a new project where the client wants a mini-cart with an item counter. The mini-cart will be displayed as a widget on the main menu bar. Can someone please recommend a plugin or solution?

    I can handle the placement just looking for a suitable plugin/widget.
