• Hello,

I am looking for some suggestions for a website I am building for a client.

He has a property investment business and we are looking for a solution that will allow members to log in and see how their investments are doing.

I need a plugin that I can upload a .csv file to and then show each client their individual investment portfolio.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is really two parts:

    1. A client portal that segregates content by client

    2. Managing reports from CSVs. There are plugins that can display CSVs in a number of ways or you could just upload spreadsheets.

Thanks for replying, I see how this could be an option, mind if I ask a follow-up question…

Let say I use one of the table plugins listed in the link you shared, when uploading the CSV would it update all the client portal dashboards at once or would I need to upload each client individually?

Well, if you want the each to be separate and secure, I think you’d have to upload separately. It all depends on your data model and design. I suppose you could create a database and produce the reports on the fly, too. They key thing is security. If any one client thinks they might be seeing someone else’s data, they’ll be gone (and, if you’re in the US, probably reporting you to the SEC).
