Last year I got a message from my web host that I had exceeded the CPU. They told me to upgrade to the next level plan, which I did. Well, frankly the tech support is lousy and I want to switch hosts now. I have emailed a few hosts with a copy of the information that I was provided about the CPU. They have all told me that I would have to go with a dedicated server. This just doesn’t sound right. Can anyone suggest a host? I have already contacted HostGator, HostRocket, NetFirms, and MidPhase.

    a small orange.

Hands down the best paid-for hosting I have ever had.

If you end up using them, please mention me (village-idiot.org) in the referer box.

Have a look at Dreamhost or Site5. I’m using Netfirms right now, but I plan on switching off to Dreamhost as soon as my plan expires.
