Looking For A Good Host Company

I need a good hosting company.

I used GoDaddy and wasn’t impressed/

Currently I have FatCow and they have constant downtime and offer zero support for it. “We are working on it” is all I get, and “just wait.”

So the question is which company out there has zero downtime, is affordable, and has agents who are at least polite, if not 100% given the strictures of your account?

My website sees steady but not huge traffic. Mostly it’s a perception thing. I kinda need to be on and available. If my site announces 500 Internal Server Errors that’s just not good. Not at all.
