Looking For A Good Archive/Article Directory Plugin

Hi, I previously used the articles plugin, which was excellent, but it is not compatible with 2.3.1. Can anyone recommend a quality plugin compatible with 2.3.1 that lets me create a archive/article directory on a page of my choosing and arrange that list by category? All the ones I’ve been looking at do not seem to be compatible with 2.3.1.
