As I see, I have to download these templates, and I don’t find them when I browse for them from my wordpress site (I use twenty ten). It seems I can only select from 124 themes (that’s what I get when I browse for themes). can this be true?
do I have to host my page by myself, i.e., look for a host and pay for it in order to upload another than the 124 themes?

you have a blog at wordpress.com? if so, you are limited to what they let you use.

if you want to use what you want – then, yes you have to get a domain name and a host

I don’t really understand what FREE theme means. I can not find these themes when I browse for them from my wordpress account, hence I can not activate them. it seems I have to download them. but it seems there is no way to upload them, except you have your own host. is this correct?
maybe FREE theme just emans, you don’t have to pay to download them…

so, that probably means I need a host, since among the 124 themes wordpress offers is none that fits for me…
