Looking for a form-generating plugin that will send the form to different people

  • The character restriction in the title unfortunately makes it vague, sorry about that. And I hope this is the appropriate forum.

    I’m looking for a WordPress plugin, paid or free, that will generate a simple form — just like the popular Contact Form 7 plugin — but with one extra feature. It needs to send to certain email addresses depending on what options have been chosen.

    For example, the user is offered three radio buttons. If they pick the first, the form will be submitted to [email protected]. If they pick the second, [email protected]. The third, [email protected]. You get the idea.

    It seems a simple enough functionality, but I haven’t been able to find a solution for it yet. Can anyone offer me a suggestion?
