Looking for a form builder

  • Hi. I’m looking for a form builder for WP that is customizable, intuitive, and responsive. I need it to have multiple options of pages to display depending on the answers to certain questions. For example, if you answer Yes to question A, then you go to Page 3. If you answer No to question A, then you go to Page 2. And on an on like that.

    I know there are hundreds of plugins for making forms and I’ve tried plenty, but none (so far) do what I need. I’ve tried the Jetpack form builder, WP 7 Formbuilder, Ninja Forms, and so forth.

    I am willing to look at software that isn’t a plugin, so let me know if you have any thoughts that way.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Here are the plugins I have tried:

    Contact Form 7
    Ninja Forms
    Contact Forms (Jetpack)
    CP Easy Form builder
    Visual Form Builder

    A few more that I am no listing here because I can’t remember the names, but for any customization I need to cough up some $, which is fine, but only if it’s the best and will do what I want, so keep that in mind if you pay for a form builder.
