Looking for a Facebook plugin

  • Hello,

    I formerly used the now deprecated Facebook plugin for WordPress and I am now looking for a plugin which could replace this one.

    What I would like my plugin to do would be:

    – to add a share and a like button for every WordPress article/page
    – a visitor should be able to share one of my articles easily on his Facebook timeline (the title, description and thumbnail should be shared too)
    – to have a Facebook comments box for every WordPress article

    Is there a plugin which does all of that? Or should I use a combination of several plugins for that (maybe a Facebook like button plugin combined with a Facebook comments box plugin) ?

    My other issue is that some of my articles have many Facebook likes. Ideally, I would like, when I switch to another plugin, not to lose all the likes I gained in the past. Do you think it can be possible?
