Looking for a developer to hire to create a form in WordPress

I am running the dsIDXpress plugin on my site which pulls in data from my local MLS.

Everything works fine, except there is a bug in the plugin that does not allow you to add a state field when performing a search.

I’d like an advanced search form to allow a user to select parameters and go to a URL that follows the link structure required by the plugin. I have all of the information that I can provide to someone who can help out!!
