Looking for a content approval workflow plugin

I wants to use WordPress to manage my Internet website, and I want to have content editors who can edit the content but not publish the post on Staging Site.

When a page is created or edited by a content editor, an email needs to be sent to the content approver who can then publish the content on Staging Site. As the content is published on staging site, it should sync with its production site also.

On Staging Site:-

Add/edit content -> email to approver -> approve/deny -> if approve then publish on staging site and sync with its production site automatically.

Basically I’m looking for a content approval workflow plugin. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a lot!
