looking for a challege plugin

Hello, I am trying to find a plugin for a challenge. This is the page https://diversitypg.com/?page_id=655 and the idea is that the user would challenge 3 friends to pay it forward and do good. So upon submission the email goes to them. “YOU have been challenged by __ to pay it forward” Does anyone know of a plugin that will do this? Thank you so much I appreciate your help! Trish
