Looking for a certain registration plugin

  • Hello, I’ve been looking for a registration plugin that suits my needs, but have been unable to find one.

    I use WordPress for a MMORPG Guild, therefore I need a registration that has the following features:
    – custom registration form
    – accepting/declining registrations

    I currently use a application form and the normal wordpress registration. I want both in one, with the ability to manually accept or decline applications.

    I use WordPress 4.2.1
