Looking for a 911 Plug-ing

  • I am building a website for a group of eight off-road parks. I am looking for plugin that well do the following

    When a rider is hurt and needs medical attention I want them to be able to pull up the site on their phone, click on an emergency button on the front page, it would notify local authorities that a person is hurt, and most important, it would us the phones GPS to transmit the exact location of the accident allowing local authorities to respond fast and more efficient.

    If anyone knows of such a plugin please send me the link or if you know of someone who would be willing to help develop such a plugin.
