Looked very promising – not working

  • This looked simple, but had excellent ratings, so I tried it. Unfortunately when I try to download or email a backup it says that Downloads are not working.

    Hi Donna,

    In fact there are two possibilities in your case:

    1- I have updated plain text email to html email so there is possibility that emails are going in spam/junk

    2- “Download is not working” message comes up only when you don’t have appropriate PHP configuration which is required
    e.g. PHP class finfo etc.

    But i will get back to you soon with proper notification messages and requirements console to show that your hosting is supporting this plugin fully or partially?

    Hi Fahad,
    I had checked in my spam folder and it’s not there. So that eliminates #1.

    #2 could be a possibility. My client’s site is hosted at GoDaddy.
