I lost days and days with this, but I will give it the last chance in here…

Short description: Internal Server Error (500) after install revolution slider plugin, almost any version that I tried from 4.7 to 5.2.5.2 (super old versions works).
Problem: Non existen tables on database.

What I tested: Clean wordpress installation, just finished the install, go to plugin, upload the revslider zip and get the error 500.

I own BeTheme and Jupiter. Both come with this plugin, both get error 500 after installed it.

A couple month ago I spend days looking the log file, and creating all database’s tables one by one, until I didn’t get the error 500, but some times, on some parts, on some slides, got the error 500.

Anyone installed revolution slider on clean wordpress installation? I mean, I guess this plugin just work for people that already had the tables (upgrading from previous versions…).

    Thanks for reading.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Hello James! thanks for your time on replying

Yes I found the website of the support. But I found it very annoying, difficult to find help and I Couldn’t find where to even post my question.

After waste of time browsing I tried to post a ticket, and that, obviously, ask me for a purchase code. Since I have this plugin from 4 different themes but not a direct purchase from them, I dont have a valid purchase code.

As I said, this was my last change of getting some help. I spend too much time on this. I’m just moving on and from now I will avoid any theme that use this add-on. No just for the lack of help, but for the security issues with the addon (this plugging was exactly the entrance point for the hack of panama papers…)

    Thanks again anyway.

Since you got the plugin with a commercial theme, you should be able to ask that theme’s support for help with it.

Yup! I just tried it again, on both programmers support pages.

I found that I already did on one of them, 4 month ago. The reply was “We are going to follow this up”.

If I have any update (solution) I will post it here.

Have a great day James! ??
