Long-overdue bugfixes, Please review!

Hello, I am a longtime user who has been posting bug fixes for this plugin for many years. Some have been fixed and for that I thank you! Others have languished indefinitely for years without being fixed and the reasons are a mystery to me.
Either way, I noticed some of them got fixed recently, so I’m hoping that re-posting them now for fresh attention from the current developers could get them fixed, which would be great! Right now I am forced to re-apply these patches after every update to the plugin, which is time consuming and error prone.

Allow user override of GOOGLE_ANALYTICATOR_CLIENTID and friends
This one is a bit weirder, but EXTREMELY NECESSARY for me. I don’t see what the harm could be and neither did the admin 3 years ago!
It’s also really just two lines to fix, and the solution is a standard way to use such constants.
