    Hey guys,

i have following problem since months. If you follow this link: https://www.u-dog.de/produkt/shark/ (you can turn the language on the bottom left) and choose the attributes like color and stuff, like you want, it needs way too long to load the price and until you can put it in your cart…

With some products the problem is only there when i take more then 3 attributes, in other products like this, I am able to do more attributes and it works fine…. https://www.u-dog.de/produkt/cody/
I really dont know why this happens.

I tried to make a new product but it doesnt worked, i deactivated all of my plugins; doesn’t work… I optimized all of my pictures, doesn’t work….

I really need some help, because at the moment i want all of my products with variation swatchen, so that my customer is able to see the colors, like in the first link. But its a lot of work, and ich want it in all of my products and not only in a few….

I hope there is anybody out there who is able to help me, please!

    Best Regards, Rici

    Hi there,

When looking at those pages, it seems that you have quite a lot of variations configured. out of the box, WooCommerce is only really geared to update the availability automatically for up to 30 variations. This is to ensure that hosting server performance are still at acceptable levels.

Looking at the number of variations you have going, it does seem that you’re maxing out your execution time – which means things will be sluggish. If you want to increase the maximum variation threshold, you could take a closer look at the following guide: https://elvtn.com/woocommerce/overridng-woocommerce-ajax-variations-limit/

Thanks for your reply. I tried to put the Code in the function.php but it doesn’t work.

I am also wondering, why my problem happens with a product with 4 atttributes but it works finde with a product which has 8 attributes?

    Hi @udog1

You could use a plugin like Query Monitor to see which queries could be taking the longest to execute. secondly, do you have this issue when testing on a duplicate site using a default theme and all other plugin except for WooCommerce deactivated?
