Long + Lat not saved

    Hi,

    My existing website does not store Longitude and Latitude anymore. After closing and opening the post, the values are zero. There is no data in the Novo-map database-table.

    The website was on WordPress 4.9.11 and Novo-Maps 1.0.9. I just updated WordPress to 5.2.3, but that didn’t help.

    I also disabled all plugins, except Novo-Maps. Again, no solution.

    A fresh install of WordPress 5.2.3. and Novo-Maps does work on the same webserver.

    PHP-version is 7.2

    Can you give me any pointers on how to solve this?

    Could you give me an url that I can check if I see something? But the fact that there is no data in the novomap table is really weird (I don’t see what could have deleted the data)

    Same problem here, unable to save novo maps block changes (long + lat and the other fields.) I am on a fresh new website wp 5.2.4, no plugin except novo maps, original Twenty Nineteen theme. It used to work fine when I have tested it on september 23th. Maybe a wordpress compatibility issue.

    and I also cannot save Novo Map Markers if the plugin Glossary is activated. I then have to go the way to deactivate the plugin glossary, then activate it and then save the post with the Novomap markers.
